This section describes the Terms and Conditions of services hired to Quality Solutions Network S.A. (for the purposes of this section also Q.S.N.) through If you have any questions about them please contact our staff. Any change or addition to our Terms and Conditions will be published in this section and may be consulted at any time by the interest party. The client assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the information or documents given to Quality Solutions Network Company. Q.S.N. is not responsible for the problems or delays caused by the lack of accuracy in the documents or data provided.
The payments for the hired services will be held in three tracts (unless otherwise agreed), the first one is to be canceled at the time of hiring the professional services and the signing of the service contract, the second one will be held when the application of residency is submitted to the Immigration Department or to the corresponding Consulate, and the last one will be held when it is notified the final decision. Payment must be made within a maximum of eight days from the time agreed. The final payment must be made even if the result of the process is negative since it is never possible to ensure a positive decision.
The Client is responsible for making all payments for stamps and warranties to the government of Costa Rica. The price agreed as professional fees do not include any such payments. This payment does not include shipments of documents.
The client is responsible for making the payments in the form and time established. Moreover, taking into account that the time granted by the immigration department cannot be extended, it is responsibility of the client to provide the necessary documentation in the time given by law. Any delay or refusal decided by the Immigration Department due to delays and conditions attributable to the client will not be considered responsibility of QSN. The company will notify the client on three occasions the need of these documents and requirements.
Q.S.N. will be liable for any dereliction of duty, for any loss of documents in the possession of its staff or their representatives, and will be responsible if the process is filed or refused by non-submission of documentation in time, if these documents were in the company´s possession.
Q.S.N. does NOT guarantee approval of the residency or immigration application. This approval will depend exclusively on the corresponding department of the Immigration Ministry, which has complete discretion to approve it or not, taking into account compliance with legal requirements and proper presentation full documentation.
Q.S.N. does NOT refund any amount for procedures already performed. It may, nevertheless, refund amounts for such services that have not been made, reducing the expenses incurred up to that moment.
• In the event of early termination of the services, payment for stamps or warranties made by the client in favor of the Government of Costa Rica are not refundable except by direct proceedings to be conducted in the Ministry of Finance of Costa Rica, the procedure must be carried out directly by the client in the mention institution.
